The counter's console.
Everything the counter would post during a morning, from a phone. Sold-out flavors, a batch that just came out, the spread of the day, a snow day. The site updates the moment you tap.
Nothing posted today.
Open the menu in a new tab and watch it change as you tap.
Sold out today
Tap what's gone. It drops off the menu, the builder, the dozen box and the TV board, and comes back tomorrow morning on its own.
Bagels
Sandwiches and spreads
A batch just came out
Pick the flavors on the tray. It lands on the bake board as "Just out" and anyone waiting on a text for that flavor would get it now.
Spread of the day
The board rotates through the house spreads by date. Pick one to pin it for today.
A note for the site
One line, shown as the slide-in hint on every page today. "Lox is back", "Last day for pumpkin", that sort of thing.
Snow day
Close for the rest of today. The open sign, the hours card, the pickup picker and the tracker all say so, and the site opens again tomorrow at the usual time.
Open as usual.
What came in
Catering requests, snow day text sign-ups, "join the crew" hellos and "text me when it's out" asks, newest first.
Texts
Sandbox: the texts the site would have sent.
Demo mode: everything here changes this browser only, and clears itself at midnight. On the live site each tap posts to the shop's status feed and every phone sees it.
